Greetings, fellow TV fashion fans. Last week, the Cannes Film Festival provided BuddyTV Fashion: Behind the Seams writers Meghan Carlson and Abbey Simmons with plenty of snort and gasp-worthy ugliness. Apparently they call it Cannes because most of the clothing there should be thrown away. (Get it? Into the can. You get it. And yes, we know Cannes is in France.)
Anyway. Now we’re back from France, and back to asking a certain, special as a snowflake TV actress–who has a lovely face and sculpted body and millions of dollars and fancy stylists and designers just throwing gorgeous clothes at her–why she insists on dressing so ridiculously. In other words: “What the Frock, Blake Lively?”
